Apartment house is close to city Center. Another advantage is an underground parking. However the entrance is little bit tricky: it is located on the other street which is one-way street. That means: if you want to re-park your car from the yard to the garage - you must drive approximately 5 minutes around the area to reach the entrance. But when you know - it’s not a big deal. Check-in is being performed in the Hotel Oasi, which is quite far away from the apartment. If you do not have a car - it could be a problem for you to walk with all your suitcases (maybe the hotel provides the transfer in this case? Ask the staff, they are really responsive and friendly👍). We were allowed to leave the car on the hotels parking before check-in.

Location was great, close to the old town and the shore of the lake. Private parking was available inside the gate (a bit tight for bigger cars).Rooms are decently equipped.
