Had a lovely stay at the Annex, Very warm welcome and nice welcome pack. Everything was clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect for the two of us.Comfortable bed. Great location with a very kind and wonderful host.

Fresh eggs and homemade jams. Excellent gastro pub a short walk away. Quick access to Ripon and Fountains Abbey. Lovely and quiet.

Perfect littlew cottage we went to a wedding locally Grantley Hall and great to have pub across the road for lunch and breakfast . Clean and Tidy with welcome pack on arrival for a cuppa and toast very nice . Lovley area to explore and would go back .
