Good location, walking distance from the beach, friendly receptionist, good bed (spring mattress, a must) and a decent breakfast. Considering the price I paid it was good value for money and at the moment of writing I'd say it's probably one of the best options in town. Oh, and it was quiet. I was given a room in the back, and it didn't seem to be much of a party place.

Good location in the town with air con, walkable to the bus station and around town. Walking at night was a bit quiet, 24 hour reception and kind receptionist who stored our bags when we went to acabo de la Vela. Also was a drinking water machine and small kitchen.
