Fantastic location just a block from the beach, two large bedrooms and one bathroom, good sized lounge and galley kitchen. Very clean and basic toiletries provided. Ceiling fan in twin room and (noisy) and air conditioning unit in double room. Carmen, who owns the apartment and stays in a room in the back, was very welcoming and helpful. Initially seemed a bit odd for her to be in the apartment with us but after initial check in we didn’t see or hear her again until we checked out 5 days later!

Carmen's hospitality was incredible. She made us feel safe and welcome, and made the stay feel like home from home. The apartment is well organised and very clean. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished. The apartment is well located very close to Copacabana beach, some good restaurants (Bibi Lab was particularly good) and local amenities. The check in and out process was smooth and helped by Carmen and Luis' quick and helpful communication.
