It is true to pics. Spacious place, great location, everything is near - beach, stores, restaurants, metro / bus stations. It has all is needed for long and pleasent stay. Check in was easy, guys from the reception are really nice, they stored our bags after checking out.

• Very cute space, great value for money • Everything worked well, eg aircon, hairdryer • Good shower • Very quiet space, I slept great here because it was so quiet, bed was a bit short for me but comfy • Perfect location and building, security • Great Wi-Fi

Leonard was really outstanding and kind to us, he was very helpful from the beginning to the end of our 12-day stay. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, has everything we needed, is cozy, and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean and new. The reception on the ground floor is always very helpful and open 24 hours a day, which makes it very convenient to get in and out safely whenever you want. Although we had been told that Rio is a not-so-secure city, the area where the house is located (literally 4 minutes from the beach, maybe less) I perceived it to be quiet, provided that you don't follow absurd behaviors that can attract the attention of potential abusers in all big cities around the world (like walking around with your phone in your hand or walking around with gold jewelry and watches or walking in dark streets at 3 a.m.). The location is excellent, all bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants are no more than a two-minute walk away, and also the house is very quiet despite Copacabana being a busy neighborhood. Thank you very much, Leonard, we will definitely come back!
