Guests are required to send a copy of valid photo ID showing address to the property prior to check-in.Please note that all the facilities may not always be available during your stay, and the property does not accept responsibility for any closures.Please ensure you have insurance for your stay, we will not accept responsibility for any loss/damage.This property does not accept third party bookings.All guest's info inc name/address/age, car reg no, email and phone number is required to process your leisure pass, if you have booked last minute or not provided the info within 24 hrs of arrival there may be a delay in issueing your leisure passes to access the leisure complex (pools, entertainment etc).As a family-friendly holiday park there is a strict policy on no parties or gatherings and we are unable to accept bookings from those living nearby.You must pay the £150 damage/loss deposit at least 24 hours prior to arrival.Please note: Entertainment for Christmas and New Year may not be available due to it being ticket only which needs to be purchased several months in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The holiday home was beautiful and very clean, everything was there that was needed , Jackie the host was amazing and nothing was to much trouble. We absolutely loved feeding the wildlife , we'll definitely be back, thank you Jackie 😊

The caravan balcony is right on the edge of the forest just as the picture shows and was idyllic. The layout inside was really comfortable and relaxing. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communication was great with the owners. Highly recommend and will be back!

This was a great find and perfect for our family of four. The caravan was spotless and it had everything we needed. We were able to easily access lots of New Forest attractions from this location. The leisure passes were a great bonus - the kids were delighted to finish the days with a splash in the pool. Jackie was a fab host, easily reachable to answer any questions. We would happily return here!
