Ivan was waiting for me after I messaged him the ETA . He answered every question I posed. He gave some usefull advise about the old city town/ typical restaurants. The appartment is clean and spacy. At night it is calm (good for lightsleepers) To get to the beach it takes less then10 minutes , about 15 to get to the old town. summary : if you plan to stay in Rimini this is the place to be.

Great accomodation with convenient terrace and barbeque! Very pleasent welcom gift from the host with italian products. Clean pretty big flat for 3 persons. The host was plesant and was in touch all the time. Free parking nearby. 10 mins walk to the nearest beach. Accomodation equipped with all appliances for long and comfortable staying. Free wifi was working great. Grocery and a lot of cafes nearby.
