Three of us stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites for two nights. Check-in and checkout were smooth and quick. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This hotel offers free parking, and the location is good. However, the hotel looks a bit outdated. We were on the 1st floor and experienced a lot of noise and disturbances from the 2nd floor. People were running and dropping things at night, which was very troublesome. We didn't bother complaining, as we were not in the mood to do so. The breakfast was really poor; if there is an option to opt-out next time, I will definitely do that.

Where to even start .....smiles on arrival ,just what you need to see after a delayed flight! Efficient I was booked in and given my keys to get me on my way,great customer service.... I get to my room where I spend the next 4 days .... bliss clean tidy , massive bed so soft and comfy. Going down to breakfast to be greeted with smiles and joy. Great selection of food and drinks ..... location was great , walking distance to anywhere or just a short Uber ride. The team made me love Rochester even more . Thank you to you all. I had the best Christmas Eve experience.
