Within recent few years the hospitality industry went through the transformation and it became a challenge to find a hotel with good service. So it became a pleasant surprise when we were greeted at the front desk in very professional manner. Vitalina, a front desk representative, was friendly, personal, efficient and welcoming. The hotel was clean, the room was specious, and the location was also very convenient.

Spacious room, great bathroom, comfortable bed, good heating system. Amazingly nice staff, and great food. Recommended.
