Location - close to public transport and the airport. Bed was comfortable and a good functioning shower. Nice complimentary breakfast.

The room and bathroom had all the necessary amenities as well as clean and well maintained. The two queen beds were firm and comfortable with plenty of pillows to accommodate any demands. The location was central and conveniently close to the airport and the downtown core. We did not notice or were inconvenienced by any noise disturbance of the planes. The customer service, both on the phone and upon our arrival, made us feel welcomed. The front desk staff was efficient, courteous and informative. We will definitely come back and will recommend it to our family and friends.

Hotel staff all very eilling to help they accomodated my nreds well, only problem was my credit card rejected payment due to unrelated scam earlier thst day. I haf more tan 10 timrs the amout of the bill for the daily raye which they would not accept and could not contact card company out of country and in another timr zone, so I spent a day in the lobby waiting for my friend yo pay eith his credit card which I reimbutsed him for! . Staff ere accomodsting rxcrpt fot not excepting Euros im lieu of card!, and did provide water and tea, and a small canteen snsck. They really tried to help me, I could not reach thhe credit card money emrrgency numbrr and as a resilt had to fly home to resolve problem which was dishrartening as it meant ending my trip!
