The house is in a great position with a stunning view. It's bigger than expected. But what made it special were the hosts, very helpful and respectful at the same time, and their lovely dogs and cats. It's a very quiet place, we had good sleep and we loved the house. Highly reccomended!

Location - center of the island gave us a good access to any place on the island. Located away from busy streets - we truly relaxed there! Kids loved the animals and lots of room to run free. Lovely people too! We loved our stay!

The arrival and reception was done well; Luis greeted us and showed us around the house and helped us good with some minor requests. During the stay, whenever we had questions or something else, Luis and Enrique helped us out right away and we were very happy about that. Pros: The location is very good, centered in the island with everything you need within a couple minutes away. The view from the balcony is amazing, with a stunning sunset. Being animal lovers, we loved all the cats and dogs around the house. The owners surprised us with some small snacks and eggs in the kitchen, which was very much appreciated. Plenty of windows so very light. A/C worked good. Bathroom was big enough and shower was good. The beds were good enough and the blankets warm. The kitchen is very well stocked and in working order, including a washing machine. Plenty of parking space.

The house Mediana is an older Azorean house. It has very large rooms (two bedrooms) and a wonderful large terrace to relax and enjoy the sunset. Ideal for 4 or even 5 people. The landlords are very nice, had already filled the fridge, there was delicious cake, wine, butter and eggs from the farm. They were always approachable and happy to help. We felt very comfortable. Your 4 dogs were also very nice, well behaved. Internet was good too. The restaurants were a bit further away, but we also cooked there a few times. Overall we had had a great week there. Thank you.
