+ Great location + Lovely living room area + Many socialising options (unfortunately no one showed up during my stay for the get-together evening) & board games + Uncomplicated baggage storage + Thoughtful kitchen concept for food storage and for lost and redundant items + Sockets at every bed and own bathroom

Compared to the other hostels where they have 12 or more beds, in here every room has 6 beds which was nice. Power socket above the head was handy. There's a common kitchen on the top floor which is open 24x7 where we can eat, cook and store our foods. Plus rooftops to drink, to smoke etc.

The Loft is a great hostel in an excellent location downtown, close to all amenities. There is a smallish but good guest kitchen and an excellent bar to hang out in. The patios are a bonus. Rooms are modern and comfortable.
