I really liked staying in this apartment, it was well equipped and super clean. It's located in a some how gated community with several other apartment buildings with really close access to the beach. The swimming pool is in the same building as the apartment, which is great since you can enter the pool area in your bathrobe without leaving the house. But, be aware: The pool is the only one (!) for several apartment buildings (at least 6-7, more are being constructed right now) so it will be super crowded especially during weekends and high season. It's nearly impossible to swim then, I used to go to the pool right at 10 a.m. when it opened, so I had a chance to swim some laps. The communication was very easy and friendly.
