The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. It was quiet but still popular and there was no competition for sun beds. The location couldn't have been better - half way between the beach and the old town and we had a beautiful view from the balcony.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spotless room. It was fully equipped with all the amenities I needed, and the hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place without hesitation

Big hotel, very spacious room, pretty view on the 5th floor, 5 mins walking from the beach and around 7 mins walking form old city centre. Rethumno is amazing, loved it!

The location is ideal, so close to everything without being in all the noise of the bars. Very spacious rooms with everything you need in an apartment and good aircon. Housekeeping came in everyday whilst we were out, the whole building was very clean and inviting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delight, so much choice and very plentiful. you could use the inside tables or sit around the good sized pool. Plenty of sunbeds in and out of the sun and as there wasn’t any music blaring it was so peaceful. I won’t hesitate to book again when I want to be in Rethymno and will recommend to friends too. Well done Harriet and team, thank you x
