Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that if you wish to proceed with a cash payment in the resort, euros up to 500€ are accepted per reservation and or per stay.The All-Inclusive meal plan features a rich breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the main restaurant, a curated selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails across all venues, delicious snacks served at set times throughout the day, and a complimentary à la carte dinner for every seven-night stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff are happy to please guests and are very friendly. The resort is large and plenty of space to relax inside and outside. The beach was clean and beautiful and very well looked after. Plenty of guest walked the beach in the evening and watched the sunset which was a serene experience

Beach was great and rooms sizes excellent -we stayed in the two bedroom bungalow. Kids club staff all lovely and very welcoming. We didn’t leave kids just used the facilities. Waterslides kept our 5 year old happy for hours. Sunbeds were comfortable and in good condition

Really pleased with the staff - everyone was helpful, friendly, courteous, and responded quickly to requests. Location was fine - easy access to the beach, Beach bar was very good Good facilities, great little shops on site including a mini market Wonderful breakfasts, although the queue for the fresh egg station took 15-20 mins twice Very clean everywhere, very well looked after, good maintenance and condition.
