We travelled as a family of 9. Ages ranging from 23-64. The villa was absolutely stunning with direct access to the beach. The location was perfect. We could walk to the best restaurants on Crete & the Old town was close by. You could walk but we preferred to go by taxi and get dropped directly at the Old port and be in the thick of things. The coffee shop/bakery directly next door is an added bonus. We used daily for breakfast pastries and sandwiches. The villa is pure luxury. Each suite is spacious with marble bathrooms & own kitchenette which was useful for that early morning coffee or pre drink whilst getting ready. The suites are set over 3 floors. 4 sea facing & 2 road facing. Our host Maria was delightful! She welcomed us on arrival and there were Greek treats already in the kitchen for us to share. She is very friendly and is quick to respond if you have any queries. She was a great resource, recommending local restaurants & beaches. Overall, our week was amazing. The outside space was perfect and we loved being on the beach. A must if you are looking for pure luxury. The marble lift that plays classical music made us smile every day! We will definitely be back. Thank you Maria for creating special memories for me and my family!

Maria our host was waiting for us on arrival, she was so helpful. The Villa was really clean and modern with brilliant facilities in each room. Perfect set up for a large group but wanting their own space. Good location for travel to town and a fabulous cafe next door. We will be back.

The hosts couldn't do enough for us, beforehand and during our stay. As we had booked out the entire villa for a family and friend gathering to celebrate my 60th, we were all pleasantly surprised by the high standard of this accommodation. We were met by both our lovely hosts, who took us through and provided us with welcoming gifts of food and drink. They also called us to let us know the Villa could be accessed earlier than 4pm on the day. The building is new with all new and stunning fittings and furnishings, includinga beautiful marbled lift that played classical music. The place was chosen for being on the beach and within walking distance to the centre of Rethymno. It ticked those boxes and more. We were in 5 minute walk to some of their top rated restaurants, which we highly recommend, especially Prima Plora. It was my husband and my second visit to Rethymno, Crete but for everyone else it was their first ever visit to Rethymno, Crete or Greece. They have not stopped thanking us, and raving about the accommodation and location. We booked and paid for this accommodation well in advance. It was well worth the wait, they did not disappoint. We absolutely loved our stay at Deux Paradis and highly recommend it.

As a group of 9 and travelling with 7 kids of varying ages from 19-8 yrs old we had to find the perfect place to suit everyone and this villa definitely ticked all the boxes. Loads of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, and lots of communal areas to come together. Loved the outside table to enjoy meals and play cards. Everyone loved being so close to the beach. Easy walk into the old town which is stunning with loads of places to eat and drink and shop, but also amazing restaurants just a couple of minutes from the villa. Maria was wonderful and really looked after us well, making sure we had everything we needed. Villa very well equipped with everything you needed to make it a real home from home. Lovely welcome treats on arrival was really appreciated. We all had a wonderful time.
