We have a private parking lot available upon reservation and subject to availability. A deposit of €50 will be requested for the individual badge and will be refunded upon departure.For apartment reservations: a deposit of €200 will be requested upon your arrival and will be refunded after the accommodation is inspected on the day of your departure.Access to all flats is by stairs only.There is a lift in the hotel only.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The suites were in a very quiet building which was nice. Not far from lots of restaurant all in one street. Would stay again and recommend

We stayed here for one night. The location was perfect to walk into the centre of the city. The apartment was suitable for two adults and two children. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bathroom was clean with fresh white towels and the bedlinen was too. The parking area was tight. Our vehicle was bigger than the normal sized car. We really enjoyed our stay in Rennes.
