The apartment is spacious and luminous. Nice bedrooms, bathroom and living area. The kitchenette is complete and well equipped. The access to the room is all remotely controlled. We reached the apartment before time and contacted the manager to have early access to the room. It took a while for them to open, but finally they managed, and we could enter about 1 hour before checking time. The area is very quiet and not far from downtown, 5-minute walk

This apartment was perfect for our stay, the size, amenities, location were all amazing. Plus the seamless self-check in and out, along with the digital platform to Manage your booking and navigate all the appliances and info for the apartment was such a good idea! We would come back here in a heartbeat.

A very nicely appointed, large apartment in just outside the city centre with everything you need for a stay in Rennes. Boulangeries are minutes walk away for a French breakfast and even closer than that are a few bars centered around an old church-turned-theatre. The included parking was an excellent addition, although as of Jan 2025 there are emissions exclusions in place to be aware of. The beds were very comfortable, memory foam I think. We were met by a lovely cocoonr representative who showed us around everything (in excellent english), there is also QR code accessed information that has everything info related too. We had a lively time and would thoroughly recommend Rennes 👌

Perfect location of the apartment just next to the historical centre, 5min to metro and Lidl. Sufficiently equipped kitchen for cooking with oven, induction plate, microwave, toaster, Nespresso, dishwasher. I stayed here for a month and could only recommend.
