- If cancelled or modified up to 2 months before arrival, no fees will be charged
- if cancelled or modified up to 1 month before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
- if cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of no show, 80% of the total amount will be chargedThe property asks guests to pay 30% of the total amount at least 2 months before arrival to secure the booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We really liked everything. Breakfast is really good, and you have a lots of choices! Everything is clean and staff is really friendly and nice! Pool area, sauna eveything is more than you expect. Cakes are also really good. Room was also very clean and the houskeeping staff is excelent and really friendly! Rezeption lady, Nicole S., that did our check make a very good contact with us, and she was one of the reasons why this hotel is what it is! She makes you feel welcomed, and after her all the other staff follows her with friendlines. All in all really good experience and We will come back! :)

A wonderful hotel for hiking or snowsports, with stylish communal areas and cozy modern rooms (we requested a modern room and were allocated one. Can't speak for the traditional style rooms). All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa area is large and expansive, and if you're into saunas, etc. you have several options to choose from. Even if you're just there for the pool, it's a great place. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet and we were very impressed with the dinner as well - the wine menu was extensive, veggie food options went beyond the usual Bavarian fare (i.e. cheese pasta), and the service was exceptional. Again, the staff get two thumbs up from us, as does the spa area (which was also child-friendly, so that's a plus).
