Lounge Breakfast is served 7AM to 10AM and Appetizers/Snacks are 5PM to 9PM dailyGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. the customer service was amazing. I am disabled and the front desk person realized it and changed my room as it was only stair access. He placed me by the elevator as well. I truly appreciated his efforts.
