The fine print
This is a pet-friendly property. Guests are required to inform the property prior to check-in, should the guest wish to bring their pets on-site.Smoking is allowed at outdoor areas. Please note that smoking in rooms are subject to a THB 2000 fine and surcharge for deep cleaning.Please note that parties and loud events are not allowed to be held at this property.Pool cleaning (3 times a week) and gardening service (once a week) are provided free of charge.Cleaning services are provided three times per week. Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week. Additional cleaning services are available at a starting fee of THB 600.Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit.Extra guests are charged at THB 1000 per night. (Maximum of 2 extra guests per villa.)An early check-in or late check-out is possible (based on availability) for an additional charge. A late check-in from the general hours as specified under the Policies will also be subject to a surcharge. Please contact the property directly for more information and to arrange this prior to arrival.Durian is strictly prohibited indoors. Excellent villa for the price, 9 of us stayed here for 16 nights and we enjoyed it, the area is quiet but 5 minutes walk to local town of Rawai. There is a few bars and restaurants literally just around the corner. The cleaners came every 3/4 days and did an excellent job, would most definitely stay here again.

Location of the villa was good with a short walk to Rawai restaurants and cafes. Main living areas, e.g. dining room and livingroom area were well furnished and comfortable. Each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom and wardrobe. Villa is spacious and there was plenty of room for two families of four to comfortably live for 2 weeks. Club Miracle were very responsive to all messages left in the WhatsApp group

Spacious rooms - great fresh water pool . Cool and shady in morning . Excellent service from Miracle team . Very responsive to any requests and small maintenance issues. Booked mini van through them - excellent price

large villa with plenty of space. large pool large villa with closed garden. space to park cars and scooters on property. quiet street. yet a few minutes away to rawai beach, restaurants and stores with scooter very large terrace on upper floor with some view. sunchairs and table. very convenient air conditioning in bedrooms was working very well.
