The cleaning lady was very friendly and nice and helped me with something. Also I arrived very late and they made sure for me to find the key. They responded very fast here on the chat.

The personal of the hotel is really nice , (speaking of the lady of the reception) she is very smiling , welcoming and is making sure that you have the best stay possible. The value for money is excellent . Quiet, peaceful place and not far from the main avenue in Ravda with the shops and restaurants. Nice house with a fruit shop just in front and the house is nicely decorated . There is attention to the detail and it feels nice . The house is easily seen from the street as it's red so easy to find and is at walking distance from a lidl shop. Many channels in english as well in the tv.We really liked it there and would be back anytime! Thank you for making us feel so welcome !!
