The 2 bedrooms have independent entrance, as does the kitchen and guest toilet which make it easy to access these areas without disturbing anyone. It's a good villa to book with a group of friends or family, with a swimming pool as well as jacuzzi. The majlis itself can accomodate 6-7 people if they're willing to sleep on the floor and are not very fussy about things. The bedrooms were nicely done and clean, the beds were large enough, the swimming pool was heated. The host is very accomodating, answered all our questions patiently, easy to communicate with and responsive. We were a group of friends who wanted to get away from Dubai during NYE so we had a good time. There are several restaurants that deliver food to the villa. They even provided kayaks for someone who might wish to use the trailer to go to the mangroves and kayak there. The owner was nice enough to send us a fruit basket as well!

it was was a very cozy villla...the pool was amazing..the back door opened to magrooves..it had an amazing majlis arabic style...we played badminton as well it had all the requried equipemente..bbq pits were available..outside sitting area...playing swings and slides for the kids so surely comin with family this time...u can clearly see the mountains from the villa wich gives u pure nature and calmness vibes...
