Was informed a day prior about the anniversary however they promised to send some cookies nothing came also room service order twice for water was not been delivered

We recently stayed for 3 nights at the RAK Rove,the location was beautiful we had a sea view room,staff were very friendly,helpful and professional,always smiling and ready to help.Check in was smooth even though there were lots of ppl,but we were attended to fast.We had breakfast included in the package,food was delicious,fresh,lots of options. The hotel is family-friendly,great for families
