From check in to check out everything was great. I have to mention Joseph at the front desk was amazing, couldn’t of been more helpful and he upgraded our group upon arrival. He was definitely a highlight of our trip. The food at this hotel is of a high standard with great staff especially Alan who was our waiter at our last meal who had great recommendations and was very accommodating, however all the staff across the hotel where fabulous and attentive. I could not recommend this hotel enough, I have stayed at this hotel many of times and these standards have been up kept with each stay.

We had a wonderful room with a glorious view of the mountains. The gardens and communal areas were wonderful. The staff were super friendly and we had a bottle of bubbles and delicious chocolates sent to our room for my partner’s birthday.

Fire pit on patio. Views, location, food all good. Staff friendly and helpful.
