The service was awesome! The valet personnel were excellent particularly the young man who is a student athlete at St. Augustine University. He was professional and represented AC Hotel very well. He went the extra mile to be courteous. Great personality! He should be in management because he had an outstanding disposition!!! The front desk employees also provided courteous service!!

The room was beautiful! Breakfast was amazing. The rooftop was awesome! The staff were excellent. I'll come back to Raleigh just to stay here! Thank you all that you do to make your patrons happy! I loved it here.
