The house is in a quiet place, surrounded by a green yard. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the house. The host is an old man who did his best to be helpful and kind. Even if he only speaks Croatian, he tried hard to ask and to be sure that we have an enjoyable stay (even gave us some vegetables from his garden). The room was modest but clean and comfortable. 10 minutes by car, to Plitvice Park, entrance 1.
