My recent stay at an Neuf et raffine, exceeded my expectations in every possible way, making it an unforgettable experience. The location was absolutely perfect, offering the utmost convenience with a local tram station just a 3-minute walk away. This made exploring the city both easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the vicinity was well-equipped with a variety of amenities, ensuring that everything we needed was within close reach. The accommodation itself was incredibly spacious, boasting nice big rooms that provided ample space for relaxation and leisure. The beds and sofas were exceptionally comfortable, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. A highlight of the living area was the large 65-inch smart TV, equipped with Netflix, which served as a fantastic source of entertainment for the entire family during our downtime. Another aspect of the Airbnb that significantly enhanced our stay was the availability of 2 toilets. This feature was particularly handy for our family, eliminating any morning or evening congestion and making our daily routines smooth and hassle-free. Overall, our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of delightful. The thoughtful amenities, coupled with the excellent location, ensured a comfortable and convenient stay. It's a place I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation that feels like a home away from home.

Apartment + spacious rooms with modern furniture + well equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, ...) + 2 toilets with shower + large flat TV with IPTV and Netflix, acceptable wifi + chessboard + awesome hard mattresses - I was sleeping as good as in my own bed! Location + little shops with everything necessary on every step of every street (including fresh bread, bottled water and fresh mint leaves) + great pizza restaurant directly in front of the flat + 5 minutes from the Hassan Tower and the Al Hassan Mosque, tram, bus, carrefour express + less than 10 minutes of walk from the old medina markets + 25 minutes from Oudaya Casbah and the nearby beach + 20 minutes from Rabat train station + nice neighbors Communication + responsive host - including booking.com chat and 2 phone contacts + host was waiting in the apartment for our very late arrival from the airport (even after declared work-hours)
