A clean condo high up in the 25 th floor. Everything is great except the toiletries. Not well stocked up shampoo and bathing gel. Noise from nearby karaoke centre was loud but it stopped at 10pm at night. Kitchen is well stocked except for the spoons and forks.

A unique situation to Quy Nhon perhaps, where the properties are privatly owned apartments and rented out thru Booking .com. Having said that, the apartment in this Homostay review was on the 25th floor of the FLC Sea Tower building. The apartment was more than large enough for two people, with the normal facilities for cooking etc. Including a washing machine on the balcony, which is very handy for people who have been on the road for a while. The owner welcomed us in the early morning, (6.30 am) of day 1 and basically left us alone until we checked out after 4 nights. The area is within 300 metres of the beach and surrounded by restaurants and entertainment, with a coffee and breakfast shop in the lobby of the building. The owner Mr Anh was a nice fellow and very helpful. Would we stay here again? Yes we would.

The room was big and tidy, with all necessary equipment's you need. I founded it, as recently renovated or new build. It had a perfect sea view from the balcony. You can get breakfast, just down stairs at the cafe.
