Host is really nice. Nice location The upper floors are still a buiding site and the pool is not inviting at all, you have to walk through a construction site to reach it.

“The building is located in front of the beach, just a little walk away. It's easy to find restaurants nearby. The apartment is beautifully furnished in a modern/minimalist way. We have a wide panoramic view of the Quy Nhon beach right from our room. The beds are super comfortable. The room is fully equipped with all amenities that we need for our stay. I cannot ask for a more perfect room at this price point. The host is friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommended!”
