I recently stayed at this charming and very clean hotel in the centre of Qusar. My room was spacious, tidy and very comfortable. The hotel staff are truly amazing. Their hospitality and positive demeanour just make you want to go back there once again. Kudos to Punhan, Nurlan, Tural and the rest of the wonderful team for their tireless efforts to ensure every guest is pleased, always with a smile on their face! Special gratitude to masseuse Ms. Anisa Zalova for a heavenly massage session. It was 10 out of 10! The adjacent restaurant outside the hotel is very cute, right next to the blossoming garden. I ordered Indian biryani, and it was delicious - I would give it 8.5 out of 10! They also make their own baked goodies in-house. I tried the lemon pie and the apple pie, they both were a chef's kiss! The staff is unapologetically customer-oriented and disarmingly cute, really! They put me to shame (in a good way) and pleasantly surprised me with complimentary fruit tea with a generous portion of an apple pie right upon my check-in at the hotel. Overall, I left the hotel and Qusar feeling fully recharged, well-rested and pampered, despite being on a business trip and having to work throughout my stay in Qusar.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, and we would like to do some special callout to the below individuals: Revaan - very reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working. Made sure I get my ironed clothes before going for prayers. Tamerlan - very professional and extremely helpful. Made our trip more enjoyable. Saiq and Nurlan - took every effort to meet our breakfast requirements. Patient and efficient. If you want to study local culture, this is an ideal location.
