The fine print
Please note a refundable credit card or cash pre-authorisation of NZD 100 is required from guests upon arrival to cover any incidentals. This amount will be refunded after inspection of accommodation.

Service was exceptional. Location was great. Breakfast was beautiful. Heated floors in bathroom and the robes made it feel even more luxurious.

Its was very clean and the breakfast was outstanding not charging extra for real coffees was a nice change. Definitely recommend the club rooms as making the most of the extras is worth it. The gym had enough to burn off the night before’s drinks. The biggest thing for me was every staff member was so polite and welcoming and the rooms were cleaned in a timely fashion. We didn’t drive or ride a motorcycle down so I can’t speak about the parking but next time we will probably find out as we will most definitely stay there again. The location just makes everything so easy and having stayed at many of the other hotels in Queenstown over the years this has become our favourite.

All the staffs are very nice and friendly, they go above and beyond to make our trip easier! The bar is pretty good too.
