Very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally clean. Great view over the lake from our room. Lovely choice of options for breakfast, something for everyone. On one night they did an informal wine tasting to meet some of the other guests. Very nice. Parking available

Really nice touches from the owners, they welcomed us in, showed us round and gave us local recommendations. It’s a very homely guest house, with books available, a cosy fireplace and lounge area. The dining room for breakfast has the most incredible lake and mountain views. The room had everything we needed, super comfy bed, lovely bathroom and a bottle of wine ! Omelette for breakfast is delicious

Fabulous accommodation in central queenstown. Samantha and Paul went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable, and even confirmed our tour pickup for us. Breakfast was fabulous in a lovely setting overlooking the water. Thankyou for an awesome stay
