Greg “Ideal place for a group pf 6-7 or a large family”

The property was ideal for 6 guests and was about a 10 min stroll to town. The property is under management which are a bit slow to respond eg asked for late checkout for 10th March due flight changes and reply was received on 1t March, a day late. The property needs some maintenance as tiles missing from front step and a bit of TLC need here and there. The garbage bin (under sink) was full of rubbish when we arrived. The apartment has a great outlook over the lake and to mountains beyond. It was cold when we were there but the underfloor heating was a big help in the 3 of the bedrooms but the second double bedroom is off the garage area but has a wall heater for cold nights. The kitchen facilities has every thing needed is cooking at home. Also a nice fireplace for a couple of wines with the fire going at night. Bedrooms were more than adequate with the main bedroom being very spacious plus having the ensuite as well As a group we were out most of the day and tended to eat in Queenstown as there are plenty of eating places to cover all tastes. Also plenty of pubs etc Easy walk to town but a bit of a climb back. The best way is along the road down by the Ramada (keep Ramada on right) then take the path through the gardens which brings you out to the town center. Also the best way back is to reverse the directions as the climb is not too steep. I would recommend this apartment to a large family or a group of 6 people. We had a comfortable stay at the apartment and as a group would book again
