Guests arriving later than 20.00 must contact the motel prior to their arrival to arrange for an after hours check-in. Contact details can be found in your booking confirmation.Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy' and only registered guests are permitted after 22:00.Please note for all New Year's Eve bookings guests must be over the age of 18 years and are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Amity Lodge Motel's Terms of Stay must be signed upon check in – no exceptions will be made. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Very well located, just a few minutes walk to the throbbing heart. Nice and quiet. Spacious.

The location of the apartments is walking distance from town which is great because Queenstown in town parking is largely paid during the day and difficult to find a parking spot particularly at night. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was so good from the entrance (front /balcony) and also from bedroom window. The staff accommodated for late check in by picking up keys from a box and checking in properly the following morning. Heaters were fantastic. Also had electric blankets but we did not use.
