The room was big and comfortable. no smell. The bed was very comfortable! It's very close to China Town, just two steps away.

It is super convenient to get into Manhatten in around 30-40 minutes and a better value alternative to Manhatten hotel prices. The hotel sits at the end of the 7 Line. Nice property. The surrounding area is so-so, but we never felt unsafe walking around at night. Some great Asian restaurants/bars in the area.
