Lovely accommodation with an exceptional bathroom with a fantastic shower. Everything modern/new and state of the art. Well-equipped kitchen and large fridge. Good seating areas for eating and relaxing. Nicely decorated with good quality furnishing and utensils throughout. Able to park in secure parking under the building (for an extra fee). And washing machines available on site (not used). Half hour walk into Quebec old town, though fairly uphill. Also there are cool restaurants and bars, plus supermarkets and other small shops, in nearby locations (10-15 mins) on flat terrain.

Clean comfortable well appointed new flat with all mod cons inc air con and lifts. Close to bus stops to everywhere, and close to some bars and restaurants and a large supermarket.
