Reception is located at the Hotel Saint-Paul, located at 229 rue Saint-Paul. This is where guests will need to check in and collect their room key.Please note that the hotel is located above a bar which is open from 12:00 to 03:00.Please note, there is no elevator.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We stayed in a room above the bar but check in at the main hotel across the road was quick and friendly. The room was small but pleasant and clean. Wi-fi was good. Good location close to many restaurants and bars and only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. We were warned that the bar downstairs was open until the early hours and could be noisy and even though we were there over Monday and Tuesday nights, it was indeed very loud (not music but people shouting and talking both inside and outside the bar until after 3am) but it is a friendly bar and there was no trouble so it did not disturb us greatly.

We loved that this is a smaller hotel with a great little bar downstairs. As people have previously mentioned, there are no hotel staff onsite, but they are literally right next door! We personally liked that we could come and go without going through a lobby, elevator, etc. The room was simply and tastefully decorated with exposed brick on one wall and wood floors. Our room looked out over the front street, wifi and shower pressure were good. We couldn't get the tv to work but that could have been a user error :) Good coffee. LOVED the room, LOVED the bar (very nice staff there also) room was quiet at night, would absolutely stay there again.

The location is 10/10. The stairs to the 2nd floor was challenging but since the room was facing the corner of the street, it was worth it. Overall everything was great.

very well located for our needs between station, Frontenac (upper town) and the ville base. (lower town) Very clean upon arrival. It was a comfortable bed, Nice linen and towels.
