Location is excellent as a home base walking around Quebec city. Very friendly staff upon check-in and answering questions about location of restaurants etc. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Location puts you at the heart of Quebec City, and the photos are exactly what it is like. The Tourist office is in the same building on the ground floor making it very convenient for booking tours and departure on tours. Quebec City is a very walkable city and from the hotel location it is very easy to explore on your own. Remember to try and say Hello [Bonjour/Salut] in French and the hotel staff (and everyone else in Quebec) will give you excellent service in English.
