Excellent staff and facilities. Ideal for a family with young children. We had a good balance of family and just adult time. While our child used to kids club (would say good for children up to 7) we could go to the adult only pool and bar.

We really enjoyed our stay, great location and facilities. The stuff are really nice and friendly, the rooms were super clean. The housekeepers were always helpful, in particular Bishni. We also got an upgrade with a side sea view which was lovely

One of the best hotels that i have stayed in. Staff were excellent, facilities and general set up were exceptional. Upgraded to all inclusive and food was perfect for my appetite. So good, planning on returning in September

This property really has the wow factor if your looking for something special. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the contemporary decor and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and due to the online check in it was quick and efficient. The staff even took our luggage to the room. The deluxe family room was immaculate and spacious. The only small attention to detail would be theirs no storage for clothes apart from some hangers so the family lived out of a suitcase for a week although didn’t deter from the beautiful environment. A big shout out for the cleaning staff on floor 8 for your hard work, commitment and attention to detail. The pools are very clean and great atmosphere with various pools to suit the needs of different Holidayers. The food was excellent quality, very tasty, choice in abundance and warm. Bars throughout the hotel were varied and great cocktail choice. Staff were impeccable, very professional and always acknowledged us with a pleasant good morning. They were eager to please and helpful. Everyone was smiling from bar staff, restaurant staff, chefs, house keeping and reception staff. The staff definitely make the hotel the best it can be so a very big well done 👏highly recommended 😊
