The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests.The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted.Please note that for reservations of more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.There is no reception/lobby area at the property therefore, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out.Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. The property was very modern and clean. My stay at On the Square was amazing. Was in a great location. You have restaurants just outside the building and a bus stop in walking distance. We was close to Francos too, a must see especially when the sun is setting. Also Thomas was a great help when arriving and helped us organise a day trip which was brilliant. Can’t thank him enough.

This property was perfect! In the cutest little town with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Private hot tub and terrace with a view of the square. Beautiful classic santorini streets within walking distance. I’ve stayed on the caldera previously and I would 100% choose to stay here if I were to come again as the hotel was so wonderful.
