The swimming pools are heated during the periods of 10th of March to 1st of April and 20th of October to 20th of November at a temperature of 22 to 26 degrees CelsiusGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

This was our third time staying at Elessa Hotel in Santorini, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay special. They are not only professional but also genuinely kind and helpful. You can truly feel that they care about their guests, and it makes all the difference. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, stylish and comfortable rooms, and a peaceful ambiance that makes it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Incredible view, great location, amazing staff. The place itself is gorgeous, the swimming pool is wow, the food (both breakfast and lunch) is good ...... All in all, nothing negative to report, quite the contrary. All is made easy - from dinner recommendations to scooter and dinner bookings. The front desk lady Maria is very kind and welcoming, and took care of all our dinner reservations and the recommendations were great. Follow her advice. The staff at the pool and breakfast are lovely and very competent.
