Very helpful and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There's a cozy café on-site that serves excellent coffee and tasty food. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The location is a bit away from the city center and the lake, but the reception is always happy to call a taxi or tuk-tuk for you

The hotel is very nice, clean and well kept. The design, round a courtyard is charming. The service is very good. The thing we did not like was the music in the dining area which was continual and quite loud.
