Lo que mas nos gustaron fueron las instalaciones y lo que menos la comida. It was regular and the restaurants were quite sad looking.

The good is for how it was after the first 24 hours. People working there all are very nice and they try to make you feel good (Victor, our butler, was amazing and helped a lot). The beach is beautiful and clean. Drinks/cocktails/coffee really good (depending a little where you take them from, at some bars the coffee/cocktails are better). The second room was very nice, comfortable and seemed recently renovated (see below). Food was fine but did not have a "wow" factor, some things were good some not so much (best restaurant Asadito for us). Desert section for us was bad (nice looking, extremely sweet and no flavor) except for the fresh made creps, those were good. Overall the property looks nice and is clean but needs some repairs, you will notice the small not so nice things during your stay. Overall it was good after the first 24 hours, but it was not as amazing as we were expecting... Again thank you Victor you made our stay considerably better...

This hotel is designed and tailored primarily for American guests, and I admit it was my oversight not to research this beforehand. I mention this so others can avoid making the same mistake. That said, the staff's professionalism from start to finish was impeccable—truly deserving of a 10 out of 10. Both buffets were exceptional, offering an impressive variety of delicious food. Our room had direct access to the swimming pool, which was a huge advantage—no need to worry about reserving a towel or a seat! I also appreciated the architectural style of the hotel, from the thoughtfully designed pools to the elegant and magnificent hall. However, the Mexican aesthetic touches felt a bit out of place for my personal taste.

The hotel is gorgeous, so beautifully decorated. I loved the christmas lights all over the place. Stunning! The resort was also huge!! And the staff was very kind! The food in the buffet was very good as well!
