⸻ The hotel is beautiful, well located, and offers plenty of facilities. However, there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The food is decent, with a good variety, but not particularly impressive. At the bars, service can be slow unless you tip in advance – it often felt like those who tipped were prioritized. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room for three days, and I had to ask for it to be done, including restocking the minibar. Unfortunately, I also experienced a theft – my AirPods were taken, and although I reported it within minutes, the response was disappointing. The staff didn’t check security cameras and only suggested filing a police report. With some attention to service and guest support, this place could be much better.

I had an excellent vacation at the resort, i highly recommended it as the best in PuntaCana. Professional, kind, friendly and helpful staff,they serve you with love. The resort is very clean and exellent food, everything on time. And special thanks to my heroes my superman butler Mr. Wander and the greatest receptionists Churchill, Raudi and Loren they push my statement to the next level with the best services. See you soon guys.
