This place is a hidden gem. If you want to experience a real Uros village, this is the place you need to stay. Cesar is a very good host. He organized everything very well, picking up, dropping off. The facilities were more than enough and the food was very good. He made a tour around Uros islands and we visited a local island together with him. For Lake Tikicaca experience, just stay in this lodge. You do not need any other excursion to book. Cesar will handle everything.

What an amazing place to stay! Cesar provided fantastic assistance with our transportation from the bus station, arranging a taxi and meeting us on the boat. Our room was exceptionally big and absolutely fabulous. Despite the cold nights, the heater in our room was perfectly sufficient to keep the entire space warm. The bathroom is very large, and while it takes a little getting used to the dry toilet, it's straightforward. Everything felt very clean and beautifully decorated, and we absolutely loved having our own terrace. The homemade food was absolutely delicious. We stayed for two nights and experienced more than just accommodation. Cesar took us on a wonderful excursion, and his wife led a memorable traditional boat trip. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the local way of life, including how the islands and boats are constructed. I highly recommend buying souvenirs directly from the island to support the local community. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's truly a unique experience you'll remember for a lifetime.

Everything was amazing! The room was very beautiful and clean. We actually really loved the food, yes it is simple, but we love the food like this without the tones of spices and sauces. The tour Cesar organized to tell us about the lifestyle of Uros was excellent. It really makes the difference to stay with the local family.
