Guests who check-out earlier must pay 100% of their stay.Gas heating is available one hour after sunset and one hour at the sunrise. The lodge is on a floating island with georgous scene of the lake. The room is big and outside there is a terrace where you can see the sunset. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a lot of little ducks and birds. The owner of the lodge, Julio, is a great host and also guide. The hotel fee includes 3 meals and tours, kayak, etc. Julio is also excellent as a local guide and told us a lot of history about Titicaca and the local life and culture. In summary, it's a great experience for a weekend to escape from the city and work, just feel the beautiful nature and enjoy a peaceful time.

Julio was a great host and his wife prepared very nice meals. Lodge is very comfortable with Western shower & toilette and looks like in the pictures. Location is great and views are spectacular. Highly recommended to stay at least 3 nights as Julio organizes tour around Uros with great history background and ride on a reed boat. You can also use kayaks on the premises. There are also great sun beds that you can use during the day when sun is quite strong. Trip to Taquile Island can be organised at the additional cost. Julio is originally from Uros, so by staying at his lodge you support original Uros society.
