Due to an eventful coach journey to Puno we arrived just as the hotel restaurant was closing, we hadn't eaten much all day. The hotel staff were amazing and let us order dinner on arrival, we took our bags to our room and by the time we returned the food was ready, the staff went above and beyond for us staying back late and for this we were very grateful.

Nice location, but a bit impersonal as a hotel. Nice buffet and friendly staff. You get a complimentary welcome drink (small size) and the showers have really warm water and pressure, which is great !

Probably the second nicest hotel in the city, behind the 5 star just across the road. Still I had higher expectations. Good, clean room. Good breakfast buffet. Good food in the restaurant, but very pricey.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room are clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The hotel restaurant is also serve good food and good breakfast
