Perfectly calm location (even in peak season) Well equipped house (you have everything you need and even more!) Super clean (we felt like everything is new) Carefully designed interior and exterior (so nice and practical) Owners are beautiful people, ready to answer every question.

We loved everything about it, it was comfortable, modern,clean. Had all the facilities you could wish for. It was perfectly located to supermarkets and the main town of Pula. We loved the pool and bbq, spending days around the villa because we wanted to make the most of the pool etc AC was very welcome too. We loved Kia the dog, she was very friendly. David was on hand throughout the holiday along with his family and they Made us feel very welcome.

This is an outstanding Villa. So clean and well equipped in a fantastic location. David the owner of the Villa was so helpful and friendly. I've stayed at Villa's all over Europe and this was the best so far. The location is really quiet. Don't worry about the airport being near. A few planes fly over in the day but its a very quiet airport and apart from that is a very quiet location surrounded by countryside with the wonderful horses. The pool and outside area is amazing and each of the bedrooms was perfect with lovely bathrooms and fantastic air conditioning. Pula and the whole area is also fantastic to explore with terrific restaurants. We will be back!! Thank you Villa Vitassi and thank you David.
