The lobby is so beautiful we really like the style of the hotel, the pool was nice but it was different from the pictures, the location was 10 min car away from the center, the room was nice.

We only stayed one night before going up to Sayulita but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful ! A bit of a walk from the main drag but doable !

the first night, had me in a room I did not like, but moved me to a better one the following day. I found all of the staff to be terrific, and approachable during the stay
